Our sessions officially kick off on the 27th May.
To start, we’ll be running three sessions a week, with plans to grow as our community does.
Your first session is completely free - so come along, give it a go, and feel what LNX is all about.

First session is always free. £12 per session thereafter, or buy a package of 10 sessions for £100

Tuesday 6pm: LNX Strength and Conditioning – Build your aerobic capacity through longer workouts incorporating ergometers, kettlebells, dumbbells, sleds, and bodyweight exercises.

Thursday 7am: LNX Sweat – Build muscle, boost your metabolism, and increase your energy levels.

Saturday 10am: LNX Body Blast – Set your weekend off in the right way, ignite your energy, sculpt your strength.
